Director, Imaging Fellowship Program
The Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging Fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine is a one-year, GME recognized program within the Division of Cardiology that focuses on advanced echocardiography and aimed at providing fellows COCATS level III in echocardiography. Fellows who have completed an ACGME-accredited cardiovascular disease fellowship training program are eligible. To understand the importance of multimodality imaging, fellows will have the opportunity to integrate imaging modalities such as CT, MRI and nuclear if so desired but the primary focus will be on echocardiography. Inherent in the training program is mentored research; fellows will have time for research with the expectation of scholarly work represented as abstract submission and/or presentation at national meeting in addition to publications. We follow the GME calendar (July 1 through June 30). There will be one fellow per year.
